Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description
Stollara provides AI-powered appointment setting services. Our AI voice automation solutions help skilled trade businesses streamline customer interactions, reduce wait times, and provide 24/7 support without increasing overhead.
Stollara operates on a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly fee for continued service and improvements. Clients are responsible for any additional costs associated with platform usage on a per-call basis.
2. User Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
CRM access if they have one.
Business details such as hours of operation, services provided, and a knowledge base for customer inquiries.
Payment for the platforms used to facilitate call handling.
There are no usage limits, but clients pay per-call costs ranging from $0.50 to $0.80 per call directly to the platforms.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing Model:
One-time setup fee: Starting at $3,500 (50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
Monthly subscription: From $597 for ongoing improvements, troubleshooting, and updates.
Per-call platform fees: Paid directly to third-party platforms (Retell, Twilio, etc.).
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Once the project is complete, there are no refunds.
Clients may cancel within 7 days of the project start without penalty.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
Stollara is not responsible for:
Missed calls due to client-side issues (e.g., transfers, insufficient platform credits).
AI hallucinations or incorrect responses generated by the AI.
Business losses resulting from AI miscommunication.
No guarantees are made regarding booked appointments or lead conversions. Stollara provides a tool to assist businesses but does not ensure specific results.
5. Termination of Service
Stollara reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
A client fails to pay the monthly fee.
A client does not pay the remaining balance of the project fee at agreed intervals.
A client engages in misuse or violates Stollara's service terms.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, Mecklenburg County.
